What training will you need to retool? What would you add or leave off the manifesto?

I think the idea of a Web 2.0 retreat is a great one. Once we have had a chance to go back and start using one or two of these ideas, having time to come together to work on a project and get feedback and help from classmates will be a real boon. For so many of us, these wikis and blogs and nings are so new that we don't really know what questions to ask at this point. Ann
